I need a sub

I need to get a sub. I need something that will last and give me a little more low range. What can you guys do for me?

I would say a 10 or 12 and I dont need a high power sub so what would you suggest? I will be using a sony four way amp that I am going to bridge so I think it will be producing 40 watts per channel.
