Since Qwest is gay and likes to cache servers, and mine seeming to be one of them, I want to see if I can nudge them to do something.  Can anyone that has sites on my server that don't come up sometimes, even though everything is fine, do the following...

Run a Trace from your computer to your web site: When you download from your site, you are taking a path to get from your computer to your web site. To do so using Windows:

* Go to START
* Click on PROGRAMS
* Click on MS-DOS PROMPT
* Type TRACERT your_domain.com (replace your_domain.com with your domain or IP address)

You will see output that has lines like this:

i'm on qwest and i've accessed the ER just fine.  UtahHondas though is at its bandwith limit though and not allowing people to get on.  But thats not a qwest issue.

Yay... so, I think I finally got this problem resolved.  Let me know if any of you run into this shiz again where one of the site's randomly don't come up for 10 minutes then come back up.
