Topic: Hyundai Genesis, the new Eclipse?

So the Eclipse had a huge following for having a 2.0L Turbo 4-cylinder and FWD/AWD. The new Hyundai Genesis has a 220HP 2.0L Turbo 4-cyl and RWD(or the optional 310HP V6). Could this be what the Eclipse used to be? Discuss.

I think it's going to take a new generation of kiddies to love the Hyundai.  I think our generation will always know any Hyundai as just a Hyundai.  They're starting to crank out some decent cars now, but they're still Hyundais to me.

I've never heard of the Genesis being called the next Eclipse.  However I have heard of it being the new Silvia since its a smaller size RWD 4 Cylinder Turbo.

I've never heard it being the new Eclipse either. But I was asking if you guys thought it might be. Silvia would be hard because when I think Silvia, I think rare Japanese car. It'd be hard for me to associate the two even though they are similar.
