My first turbo vehicle. 1991 B16 CRX.
« on: 09:08PM 07/29/2008 »
I own my very first turbocharged car.

All finished. I cried a little. I’m not even kidding. No one can know how badly and for how long I have wanted this. One set back after another, it just never seemed to happen.

I love the Prelude, it’ll become my daily and I will still try to turbo the curse. I’ll leave it at that.

The CRX was dyno’d at 339WHP the other day. Just got new paint. It’s a thing of beauty.

I'll vouch for the vehicle's cleanliness and badassness.  It was my neighbor's.  Even better... he wasn't some crazy teenage neighbor.  He babied that thing.  Couldn't find a cleaner, fine tuned CRX.

Jeffrey FTW!

It's a bit much. I'm not used to it. It's adrenaline to the point of sickness.

That's a good amount of power for such a lite car.

Yeah, I'm still getting used to it. I feel like throwing up every time I get out of the car. I'm not used to driving something like this.

I took it to work today to get it out of my system before it becomes a bi weekly driver.

Wow, very clean :). Center up that front mount and it'll be perfect!

Oh, and get like 6 alarms on that thing so it doesn't get stolen lol. I am sure there are TONS of people that'd love to have that, and a lot of them would like it for free.

I want a ride! I imagine with that light of a car, that thing hauls!

Yeah, it's a WAY tight fit as it is, to center the intercooler would mean more piping and some weird adjustments.

I'm paranoid as hell. I turn the wheels all the way over and lock the steering wheel and leave it in gear. I've already had like 4 mexican fucks poke their heads into my car port. I've just installed a fuel cut off switch, and a pager alarm so if anyone messes with it, I'll hopefully know.
