FM Modulator interference

Everytime I hook up my FM Modulator for the PS2 I lose the 92.1fm frequency.  I don't get why.  The antenna runs straight through so I would assume reception would stay.  No?  Any way to increase a signal?

If you come down to the shop Richard can make it work.  Also what kind of CD player do you have?
