New MR2 enthusiest on the board

hey, i got a 91 mr2 a couple months back with a 5SFE under the hatch. i'm looking at engine swaps to a 3S-GTE. anyone have any advice for me.?

Grats and welcome. What info you looking for on a 3sgte swap? There is a guy in SLC that will do an entire swap in a day for little more than a reach around and some cash.

u-moc? what is that? i'm from around pittsburgh PA. i'm looking into buying a a wrecked mr2 for a parts car that has the 3S GTE but i guess the ecu is gone. i'd like to do it myself so i can have more bragging rights. and i'm not much for reach arounds. lol

Well u-moc migh not be the best board for you. It's: Utah MR2 Owners Club... Ever thought about doing a gen 3 swap since your swaping it out anyways?
