B16a1 swap to a 1990 CRX

i need info on how to do a B16a motor swap on a 90 rexhttp://www.jdmracingmotors.com/product_info.php?products_id=34 this is a link to the engine im going to put in it , right now im just running the bone stock D15b series motor . its not doing me any good for looks at all and to be honest, not even hardly enough power for what i want in my REX  :P
so please help me out on how to do this . the engine comes with the following

Motor
Transmission
ECU
Distributor
Power Steering Pump
AC compressor
Alternator
Starter
Intake Manifold
Exhaust Manifold
Shifter-Linkage
(available)
Axels (available)

what else will i need,and how hard is it ?
