Speaking of the "Ring" the latest issues of Excellance debuts the new GT2...it beat the record that was just set by the new GT3 by 4 seconds. The GT3 broke the record by 4 seconds last month.

And yes it is. The Radical passed emissions, street tires, blinkers and every else required.

The 997 GT2 has a faster lap than the Zonda. But for a mass production car...the porsche does hold the record.
