Poor guy. Anyone know who it was?

On the way home I saw a 2nd gen Eclipse and a tow truck in front of it on I-15 in Farmington.  When I got closer it was a pretty nice white one with a CF hood... and the driver was in the back of the HWP car whil his car was being lifted on the bed of the tow truck.  Wonder who it was and what they did.
