Topic: Input needed..90 GS

So i checked out this second gen today...it is a 90 GS HB, 189k, White, has Fat Fives on it.

It needs a new power steering pump, rear speaker panels, and rear trunk panel. Power windows have a shortage in it somewhere. When i test drove it, it didnt let me rev anywhere past 5500RPM. It also lacks A/C.

He wants 1700 for it. What do you guys think? I need some input.

EDIT...I bluebooked it and got $1,545.
