No, you said sound and also systems...not head phones.  It doesn't matter where you live, do you know what a store is...or the internet??

Any of the speakers engineered in Germany will blow the Bose right out of the water...not loudness but clarity.

Have you ever tried the Bose surround sound home system?

I have them, they're iddy biddy speakers that NOBODY has seen in my house without searching for the sound source.

Head down to a bose store and experience the feeling for yourself, then try to compare that to some hardon karma sound system from doucheland.



This system is much louder than any german component i've heard. I have two cars that came with harmon kardon systems from the factory, i'd say the clarity is about the same, but the bose really outperforms in all other aspects.

Yea, Ive done a demo at a electronics store before. They sound great. I'd like to get one i just dont have the cash right away

Harmon Kardon is not that great. Factory stereos always blow because manufacters care about cost cutting. The bottom of the line Klipsch speakers sound clearer and crisper than  any home Bose system I have heard.

Bose home theatre is good for one thing only...if you want something small that will sound decent.  If you get JL, pioneer's elite series, or any other well known brand...they'll blow that Bose system right out of the water.  Just ask a salesman next time your in at any store but a bose store and they'll set you straight.  The guys at Best Buy and Circuit City (when I was buying my systems) said to go with something else because it would sound better and cost less.  My systems are great, loud, clear, better than a Bose, and a lot cheaper.

Speaking from working in radio... if you have a reason for nice headphones, $150+ is well worth the money spent!
