I do not have any personal experience with them, but from what I hear they are pretty decent.  Here's a little commentary I found on them.

Quote
Produced in Japan, RSR Down Springs are engineered for the Daily Driving Machine. The RSR Down Springs Combine the Handling Traits of a Sport Spring with the Lowering and Ride of a Soft Spring. RSR Down Springs allow you to Instantly add better handling characteristics to your suspension without upsetting your passengers! Because RS*R is the #1 Suspension Manufacturer in Japan, you can count on the Highest Quality and Performance from RSR Down Springs! You do not have to install Aftermarket Shocks, But it is recommended to Replace or Upgrade the Factory Shocks every 50,000 Miles for Optimum Ride and Control.

Quote
The flagship of the RS-R spring line is the Down spring. Designed to provide the best combination in looks, feel, and performance, the Down springs were engineered with a 30 to 50 percent spring rate increase and efficient lowering stance. All this in combination is to achieve maximum maneuverability, surpassing stability in straight line driving and excellent cornering performance for the ultimate driving experience.
