I personally would stick with the turbo and fix it, then you could upgrade the turbo so you would be modifying, and fixing your car.
Swapping the turbo on a 300ZX is nothing at all like a honda or dsm...
its more than i can afford to dig into right now. first off if one failed, the other ran under the same condition sure to do the same soon. And at $2000 a set for a reasonable upgrade. thats more than i want to risk putting into a 100,000 mile plus car. More reason is that this Z is Auto. i hate, repeat hate auto cars. my "daily" is an auto but it is also a ford tempo, to be replaced with my new Z when i get this one sold. I will be saving for a TT after i buy my NA. So no worries. btw, f u c k the color red. after looking at a broken one in my driveway all this time, the color can go right to hell for all i care.
