The alarm has been really reliable. It's nice to see on the display or hear the alarm tone on the pager if the alarm goes off and you're not close enough to hear it outside yourself. The only problem I've run into is I've cracked the LCD display really bad. The other keys in my pocket have done this to both my pagers for the alarm. I've got online to their site and sent an e-mail to the e-mail address listed. However, it comes back as an invalid e-mail address. So, I now have to find a local shop that carries them to get a replacement pager.
