Product
JG Engine Dynamics Turbo Grind H23 Cams

Short Review
Stock cams modifed for a boosted engine.

Good & Bad
Pros:
Very big gain at higher RPM ranges.  Made the engine sound a lot different too.

Cons:
Low end power suffers slightly.

Full Review
It's the difference between night and day on a Turbo H23 Prelude. Besides the lengthy install/tune and idle compensation, it's awesome.

for high-boost turbo applications or EXTREME all motor applications. ..... Two cam grinds with identical lift & duration numbers can perform very .... Endyn, RLZ Engineering, DH Racing, R&D, Gude, and JG Engine Dynamics. .... The most common option for an H22 is to use the 95mm crankshaft from the H23 or F22
