new badging on the scooby
« on: 10:31PM 02/22/2006 »
I've got a new badging plan for the GT.  I started out by debadging the rest of the rear end.

Then I slapped on my new badge I got straight from Australia.  If this doesn't add to the confusion on what the hell I drive, then nothing will.  ;)

I got em both going on.  The L7 is a JDM Legacy badge.  Similar to the 'i' badge for the Impreza.  It's actually just two Ls with one upside down.  I've had that one on there for like 6 months now.  I put the Liberty one on there because after looking at it with no badging at all for awhile it just didn't look right.  You can't get that badge here unless you have someone in Australia buy it at a dealership and mail it to you.  Thank god for friendly guys on the internet. :)  If this doesn't totally confuse people, then nothing will.  lol  I already get people rubber necking trying to see if they can identfiy my car from the front when they drive by me.  This i going to make it even worse since the badging isn't remotely similar to what is on other Legacys.

Lol. Confusing people is fun.

Me and some friends wanted to do that, so we turbocharged an Avenger. lol

Well, I had to ballance out the back end a bit.  I didn't want to put the Subaru badge back on the left side, so I came up with an alternate.  :)

And no, that isn't the Turbo badge off a Porsche.  I went international to get that one so the car is still unique. :)

Nope.  It's from a Euro twin turbo gas powered wheel chair.  Some of those guys never quit even when they are disabled...  The only way to get one of these is to distract the old geezers with samples of Viagra and then rip the badge off when they are whacking off to asian teen porn.  The things I do to be unique...

I liked it better debadged too vs. the Liberty only badge.  With the "turbo" on there to balance it out it looks good now though.

whacking off to asian teen porn.

Phoenix does that too.
