Yeah, congratulations they are all blow off valves.  Now what do you want?
To really understand something you must blow it up, and  fully examine the tiny particles while they are still on fire.

If you want a greddy type s... Mitzurida has one that he used for maybe a month or two cheap.

My opinion is depending what setup and horsepower your trying to make. They do make a difference in what brand you go with.

Greddy Type-S works well.  Very driveable.  I've pressure tested mine to 27 psi and it doesn't leak at all.

I frown on the HKS SSQV, I didn't like it at all.  Holds pressure well, but the driveability was not as good as the Type-S.

If you don't need to recirculate the venting back into the intake the Tial is supposed to be the top dog.  Garrett lists Tial products in their catalog now, not sure what the relationship is between companies, but they must think they're decent to sell them with their turbos.

I like the sound of the SSQV but like sunflashx i've heard it just doesn't perform very well compared to GReddy

I agree with Kanzen, it all depends on what you're trying to accomplish and what your car will be running at...I do like the Greddy type-S though.
Don't give up what you want most for what you want now.  It's a matter of priorities.

I like the GReddy type-s, sounds nice and is very universal -- can be used for low and high boost applications.

Brian, what do you mean about the drivablity? Explain.

More prone to valve flutter.  Supposedly it should do it less because of the dual valve design, but it didn't work that way for me and it's noticable on others cars who have it.

Not sure if valve flutter is the right way to describe it, almost like a surge situtation.  At part throttle makes the car buck.   At WOT it works ok, but I could still hear the flutter sound.  Aside from the part throttle issue, boost not completely venting is hard on the turbo. I also know it wasn't just me because I can hear it on other cars with this valve.

The Type-S give a less fluttery sound and less of the part throttle bucking that would lead me to beleive it was just a sound difference.  At WOT I always get a clean sounding vent.

If you deciede to pick up a used Type-S, you need to make sure the top adjustment screw thing hasn't been stripped.  It's threads need to be good and seal well.  Lots of people seem to have a problem stripping that thing out.

If it's good, take it out, throw some teflon tape on the bottom threads and thread it in just enough to seal that hole from leaking boost.  It shouldn't push the spring at all.  Also, it operates better if it has it's own vacuum line from the manifold and isn't tapped at all.
