Dumb photoshop question.
« on: 06:44PM 12/05/2005 »
I am trying to combine 3 pictures into one(ie panaramic view).  I copy and paste it into a larger blank background but I can't move it from the center or resize it.  How can I move and resize objects while in photoshop?

Make sure your layer window is open and you have the layer selected (and not the background from the original image size you created).

I am pretty sure I had it on the layer I just pasted to, but it still won't move.  I remember trying to use PS back in the day and giving up on it because of the layer bs.  >:(

Make sure this tool is selected while trying to move the pasted image.

What version photoshop do you have?  CS and up will do it for you.  Its in File/Automate/Photomerge.

I think by far the easiest way is to use your win98 boot disk... just boot up to dos type in "format C:" make sure you don't type in the "s then it will say something about erasing data.... don't mind that its just the data that will be overwritten in the image when they merge... just type in "Y" for yes then let her rip! it'll merge all the photos automaticly... its a smart merger...
My next car is going to be a dsm integra type R--Town CAR!!! V8 bi0tches!!!
