The last photography class I had was years ago, but here's my 2 cents.

I like the first one.  Try and avoid cropping out the body when it's a focal point.  In the first pic it's understandable not getting in all their legs, feet, etc. as they are standing up.  In the other two my eyes just seem to expect to see everything since it's close as they are sitting.

Watch how you frame the focal point.  In the first one it looks good with them to the left of the stream... make sure there's no trees growing out of the back of their heads though.  :P

I like em.  I think what they are wearing throws off the picture quite a bit.  Maybe do a little research on posing the victims...er... subject matter.  ;)  Otherwise they are great shots.

You know... I forgot you were a photographer.  I've got a friend here at work who is taking the photographer she hired for her wedding reception to court.  He took the worst pictures in the world.  We could really use a professional's opinion about all the ways he f u c k e d these up.  Any chance you would want to take a look at them and give us your opinion?  Here is an example of the fantastic work he provided for them.  The ones that weren't that bad were still terrible with dark shadows and terrible shots.  You would be disgusted.

Ouch...  They're just completely out of focus.  I wouldnt pay a thing for that picture.  A 7 year old with a polariod camera could do better, no exageration.

Did he use a pen camera?  YOu know, one of those digital cameras that are as small as a pen?  Thats some amazing work right there.

That's what I said.  They look like pictures taken by one of the first camera phones and then enlarged.  They are total crap.

man, not even photoshop is gonna save that.  they all were like that?  gross incompetence.  never hire somebody without seeing their work.  thats why you hire people you know, like tyler or me.

They were pretty much all like that.  I identified 10 pictures that were posed where the photographer had total control of the environment.  Only 2 of those pictures were not blurry and total crap.  Those two pictures were still grainy as hell and not suitable for anything, but they weren't destroyed.  Here's the kicker... he charged them $450 bucks for those too.  The ones that aren't posed look like snapshots taken by a blind man who doesn't know how to work an SLR.  There are backs of heads, hard shadows...  just totally random shots.  I'm trying to talk her into sending this asshat to Get Gephardt so he can work them over a bit.  ;)
