That makes me feel sick to my stomach...What would it be like to watch your pride and joy go up in flames from start to finish? Knowing theres nothing you can do about it?

its a car; they're insured and you can buy new ones. i'd be glad that nobody was in there.

Hope they have full coverage. Most insurance doesnt cover non-collision stuff... Well... I would bet the warrenty would cover this.

FWIW- the car had a built motor, upgraded turbo, and was on electromotive tec3 engine management. If i remember right, none of that was covered by his insurance. He is building another one now I think.

Oh and they were like half a mile from VW gtg, just taking somebody for a spin. $:-\$

It's just sad that not only did they get to watch their car burn, now they have it on video to watch it over and over again.
