As some of you might know......Cort's 10 sec hatch was totalled last nite...there is a big thread on honda-tech.com, and one on honda-acura.net......Its a sad day for the hatchies :'(

some kid was driving it.....blah blah (not know details equals blah blah) and it is totalled pretty much.. that is what I heard

Man that really sucks, courtney's an awsome guy, and that car was sweet.  I hope that the driver is okay too especially if the car buckled.

he let you sit on its hood? see jess guys DO think your hot... if you were ugly, he proally would have smacked you with a torque wrench hahaha

bummer bout the car... s h i t happens tho especially with race cars... i've seen one too many race cars in the ditch, hell even a porsche race car IN TRAILER upside down behind an upside down motorhome, in the ditch... shiat happens and the faster the car the more likely.

he'll salvage most of the parts i'm sure and luckly civic hatch bodys aren't too hard to comeby...


btw dahlback racing built a faster hatch then courts... it is a mk4 golf body style, carbon fiber everything but floor with custom widebody.. audi quattro drivetrain and 900 whp 2.2L turbo 5 cyl... but its not really fiar comparison cause this hatch cost 500k + to build..

still badass tho

LMAO, i'll keep that in mind next time i go sit on someones car... lol. I dont think he had a torque wrench handy at that moment lol...

 
I think you told Jer and I  about that porsche today? haha that musta bit hard! i woulda been so pissed, probably would have just started trying to blow the thing up hahaha.

when i went by towing my own race trailer and s h i t... they were pulling it out of the wreckage upside down dragging it on its roof, with a huge winch on a tow truck... it was catching on stuff inside the trailer and things were crunching...

the car, trailer, and tow vehicle now reside in a junkyard in southern utah. outside periwan or one of those crappy towns.

i ran into the owner later that night he was having a rather large, frosty beer and looking rather glum.. no insurance on race cars either.
