Oh man.  Hahah!  Last night we ran into some kids, one in a 98ish Accord and a 86ish Firebird.  We tried to get him to race Sean.  He WOULDNT race because "I would kill that thing!"  So Sean yells "I've got more into my car then you have spent for just the car!"  and he yelled the all time burn of 1997.  "BUT ITS STILL A f u c k i n g CIVIC!"   Then drove off...what a noob.

I am tired of hearing that, regardless of the car.  I raced some kid in his Si and beat him badly.  His response was "good for you, you beat a civic"  I responded with "You raced a neon, and lost"  The facial expression was priceless.

i once beat an integra LS on state and the guy said "i dont care, it's still a honda" i gave him the "youreafuckingmoron" look and said "look at your valve cover, douche bag."

yeah, im sick of the domestic vs. import thing. if i can tell someone has their car because they really like it and theyre not doing it for an image, then ill give them nothing but respect. but everytime i see a mustang or camaro at a stop light they make fun of my civic in one way or another. its either something like "hey, want me to take out 6 of my plug wires to make it even?" or "my little sister drives the same car." so its kinda hard to respect people with those kinds of cars when when all you get back is a cocky attitude.

A lot of people having a hard time admitting that it is possible a four banger can be just as fast or faster than their V8. I will tell you I was one of those people 4-5 years ago. I was forced to get a civic/integra because of financial issues and honda was my first choice for reliability. After I started reading and learning more, I did a complete 180. I will be an import fan until the domestic market brings more to the table. Sure the SRT-4 is fast but it still needs a lot of refinement (suspension, chasis stiffness,interior, etc).

Last night when i was getting gas a kid pulls up in a rsx same color as mine. He is all telling me that my car is so bad a s s and blah, blah, blah. Then he looks down and see's my honda key chain. He then tells me, "Why do you have that, honda's are pieces. I would never drive a honda." I say, "Do you know Honda makes Acura and your car in Japan is a HONDA." Now this is the best part. "Bull s h i t, Acura is made by Lexas." This guy had no clue.
