« on: 01:08AM 05/23/2003 »
finally got my shiat togheter and ordered a real set of springs and shocks... none  of that budget coilover on top of crappy stock shock crap for me... bought h&r race (autocross / road course car) and koni adjustables... i'll let you know how the install goes...

also nabbed up a set of borbet wheels and yokohama A032 R compounds for street tires, should be mean as fawk.

They tell you shadows are the place to hide, but listen: No one looks into the sun.

got em on there a day or two ago... its really stiff but i can't wait to get the car on some R compound tires and take advantage of  it... it does not bounce at all with the konis, but i can feel every d a m n tar strip lol!

if its your only car or you ahve to commute defiantly just get sports, if its like this and u use it for 5 minute trips and auto-x, the race are a good choice. beware of race springs and body kits too sometimes the overyly sized body kits are undrivable with race springs, waste of money anyways lol.

r compounds hopefully going on next week sometime when my new 15" wheels show up from tire rack, got a set of yoko a032r's 205 / 50 / 15 for it out of my dads basement, after these burn off i'll probably start cooking thru falken azenis because they are really sticky and cheap too. i've also got a supply of shaved victoracers... so i'll let you guys know how the R compounds are workin lol...
